Default back on the wagon...

I was doing SO well....I'd lost 5lbs in about 2 or 3 weeks....and then I lost my steam.

Thankfully, I didn't really gain. maybe half a pound or so... I've still been conscience about what I'm eating, but I haven't been strict with myself like I need to.

So, here we go again....

oh, the motivation to work out is so hard to find...

starting weight:--132 -- 10/12/2011
mini goal #1: 5lbs down -- 10/28/2011
mini goal #2: "normal" BMI -- 12/5/2011
mini goal #3: 10lbs down -- 12/9/2011

Congrats on the 5 pound loss! Just keep remembering how great it feels and how great you look and that should be motivation enough to keep going. But don't be discouraged if you find yourself needing a little break every now and then. Sounds like you have been doing a good job of maintaining and not falling completely off the wagon! That in and of itself is a success!

Keep going!!

1/4/15: Restarting my journey exactly 4 years from when I first started in January 2011. Reached my goal weight in 2012 and regained half of it back.

I never should have left 3FC!
