Default Just wanted to share!

So I have lost 7 lbs in the last 2 months I know it is slow but I am going to keep going because I know I can do it! I look a lot better now and I know that even though it is a slow process I will look better every single day! So that keeps me going I just wanted to share and remind everyone that even though it is slow, you will see improvements each day it doesn't happen over night so it gets better every day!

I agree - and the other benefit of slow and steady, is that your skin has a chance to shrink to your new shape... no/less saggy skin when you reach your goal!

Keep going - you're doing fantastic!

Slow and Steady wins the race, right? Great job on the positive attitude!

It doesn't matter how long it takes you to lose the weight—it just matters that you get there in the first place.

Congratulations on your loss! 7lbs in two months is still 7 pounds and something to be proud of!
