I follow James Garrison and other Extreme Makeover: Weight Loss Edition contestants on twitter and fb because I really found them inspiring. James has always seemed to be the most inspring out of all of them because he started at over 700 pounds, and lost nearly 100 on his own before the show.

Well unfortunately his rapid weight loss is causing him severe health issues. He's written about them and the show's lawyers are currently after him to stop writing.

The thing is he had nearly no health issues before this rapid weight loss and has developed severe problems as a result.

I'm putting this out there because first of all, the guy needs help and hopefully someone can find him some, and secondly, I know that there are so many folks that want to lose the weight as fast as possible, but James' experience shows that it really isn't healthy to do that.

I don't know what's happening to the other contestants, but they may be too scared to say something.
