When you find yourself in this situation, how do you handle it? Do you force yourself to eat something else, or do you just leave it?
I never force myself to eat anything for any reason. If I'm not hungry, I do not eat. FOOD IS SUSTENANCE. People eat too much for too many reasons. Learning to listen to your inner hunger cues can go a long way toward a more healthy weight.

If you are around 1100 cals for a day or two, that sounds like you are only a couple hundred shy of where you should be for the day. I would listen to youre body, like most of the others have said. There will be some days that you struggle to stay within your calorie goal. I think so long as the flux in calorie intake isn't dramatic, and if it only lasts a few days, you'll be fine. Also, I notice that when I fluxuate my calories from day to day, it can help me get out of a plateau!

I've just gotten really confused!
I've been eating about 800-1000 calories a day (salads, veggies, fish and snacking on fruit, the main difference from my "before diet" is that I longer eat chocolate or cookies, bread, cornflakes, rice...)
I am doing the 30 Day Shred, exercising twice a day, burning about 300-400cal everyday.

I'm feeling fine, and I dont even feel like eating anything I shouldnt!
I was very pleased with myself, but now I'm really confused... Can anyone direct me to some reading info or something?

Thanks

I don't, because then if I go 300 calories over my target count the next day, it all evens out.

I don't eat if I'm not hungry. I do have days where I am hungrier so it all balances out.
