A little hiatus..but hit a 20 pound goal today
Starting May 9 I was 163 pounds. I started out with excercise and changing my eating habits but slacked off a little bit. Pounds were coming off but got stuck at 148 for 2 months. Weigh in today was 143 so I've hit a 20 pound goal. Excited. Looking to loose about 10 more pounds.
