I'm sixteen. My boyfriend of 10 months and I broke up yesterday, and sure it's gonna hurt, but I am going to give a whole new commitment to health & fitness to keep myself busy, and show that guy what kind of girl he gave up!!

Well, I do TurboJam / TurboFire, and when I do those punches or kicks, it really helps stress!

Or just let it go, stop giving him any of your energy and focus on moving yourself forward in a strong, positive way!

Sorry about the break up. Those are always rough. The good news is that there are heaps of men. They're everywhere. (Admittedly, a high percentage of them are idiots, but there's no shortage of them.)
