weighed in today I started 3 weeks ago and am down 8 pounds! Its amazing how much better I feel not eating fried food and pop! My plan is working out great! I am 195lbs as of today!

Way to go, Kelly! I remember when I first gave up soda, I felt a million times better, especially after eating (because I would drink soda with my meal and uh it was not pleasant). Keep up the great work!

·I quit smoking cold turkey in Nov 2011.

I'm in love with the scale today, I weighed in at 157.5! Probably due to the large amount of wine I drank last night (dehydrated me), but still it was so nice to see those numbers! Down about 2-3 pounds from last week.

292 as of after my workout, which is when I weigh (as it's most convenient to do it right before I shower). That puts me at about 13 pounds lost in August. I'm almost worried that's too much, but heck, I'll take it.
