I just had to post this because I'm ecstatic!! I've been dieting and working out every day, and although I've noticed a change in how my clothes fit, the scale just hadn't budged! But today I weighed myself and i went down from 202 to 198! WWWOOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!
It was just in time too, I was beginning to get discouraged!
