Today I can account for yesterday (sorry, it's always the morning after for me)...
~ I did my strength training... and surpassed my expected time of 45 mins and did 55...almost a full hour of the strength training, and that's with swapping out exercises swiftly, so it also keeps heart rate up as in cardio
~ Cardio (official cardio) will be tonight. At the very least, will do 45 mins on elliptical programmed workout, then floor exercises (full ab series) and stretch
~ So far have had enough food that is OP in the house to totally stay on plan and will be able to at least the next 2 days
~ I have not allowed stress to be an excuse for me to go off my nutrition or fitness goals...I did however, allow it last night to fuel my workout efforts and came out of it feeling SO much better
