PMS Makes me want to eat everything!

I get PMS TWO weeks before my period! It is so annoying. :dizzy: I just want to eat all day! It's like two weeks I'm super in control, and two weeks I'm totally out of control!
Does this happen to any one else?

What can I do!?

oh yeah... I get that a lot too :doh: I just know it's not good for my body so I don't binge.
