It's time for the 3FC general weigh in thread. Everyone is welcome to join, just jump in whenever your official weigh in day rolls around. Good luck, everyone!

Me: 216.5, down one pound from last week.

FIRST!? Lol! :)

161.6, down 2 pounds since last Friday. And all I'm thinking for my last 11.6 pounds is "Please don't plateau, please don't plateau!"

198 on the nose this morning! 7.8 total for the month so far. Can't wait to say I've been OP for a whole month :)

194.2, up 2.4 from last weeks all time low, never seen gain blip of 191.8.

I have been at 188 for the past couple days. Up 1-1/2 lbs from last week. Yuk!

251.2. No change from last week. I gained 6lbs of water weight on Sunday and I spent all week working that off again.

This morning I was down to 218...a -4 from last Friday. Not sure where this whoosh is coming from, but I'm glad to see it since I was stagnant for 3 weeks!

Down to 197 this morning! 11 pounds down since the first of the month. I can't wait to see where I am at the end of the month. :carrot:

I am at 131.2 this morning. Down 2.4 lbs from 2 weeks ago. I just hope I don't reach a plateau.

Went up a pound since early this week.

166.8, down 3 yay!

I went on vacation in Nantucket for a week and came back with a lot of bloat, but as of today I'm down to 189. :)
