  • #2 = 2 - 4 times a day... ~sigh~ Lots of veggies in = lots of poop out. I took a little nutrition seminar a while ago and the nutritionist said you should have one poop for every big meal. But I have a friend who poops like once a week. I think everyone is different. 2x's a day is definitely nothing to worry about.

    Lots of spinach = green poop
    Beets = red poop
    Blueberries = dark blue poop

    OMG... my toddler LOVES sponge bob gummies. IDK WTF they put in those, but his poop comes out this unnatrual GREEN color. LIKE GREEN. Almost a bright green.
