As always happens for me, no weight loss the first week. August 1st started the month. August 2nd started my new menstrual cycle which means I'll be stalled out for 2.5 weeks. My goal is to minimize the water weight gained during those 2.5 weeks (will add up, hopefully, to more actual weight lost the second half of my cycle).
So:
8/1: 193.2
8/8: 193.4
Next week will probably be a bit higher in weight gain and then I should start to go down - if I follow the same pattern I've followed every month so far.
I completely forgot that I joined this thread - all subscribed now so I don't forget again! Thanks for keeping track of everyone's info BerryBlondeBoys! I feel like I have really been back on track this week, weighing daily and exercising almost every day. I find that if I get my 10,000 steps in and watch my food intake, losing isn't so difficult.
I know I'm terribly late joining. I've been on and off the wagon for a good 2 months now, but I'm going on holiday soon and the thought of beach wear is scaring me silly so I NEED to get some control back in my life.
I've put on and lost 7lb continually over the last few weeks so my goal is to lose 10lb by September 1st from my weight now, as I know at least 5lb of that should be fairly simple. So here goes:
Well I lost 4.2 my first week. Thrilled with that. Of course I have the benefit of this challenge coinciding with being back on plan so I had some water weight to lose. I expect things to slow down from here but would be happy if they don't
"Holly come lately" needs to pick up the pace I'd say!!! Not a good week coming...PMS...and dreaded water gain and MUNCHIES!! Knowing I have to post next Monday should inspire me to keep control...right????
