I've been doing great with exercising
I've upped my running to 2 miles on Monday and I've ran that much on Tuesday and today.
Scale is hovering between 165 and 166 now, but everyone keeps telling me I'm going to disappear if I keep it up, haha!
I think I'll try cutting calories again. I upped them a bit because I was worried I was eating too little, but I was losing at the previous rate so I guess I'll go back to that.
I should measure myself though. I must have lost inches as my clothes are suddenly a bit looser without it showing on the scale.
