HiYah! I'd like to join as well. This being accountable thing is working well for me. I joined on the 17th of July and have fropped almost 15 pounds of unwanted weight. Probably mostly extra water but hey it's no longer "weighing me down"!
Got room for another? Don't know if I'll make the 10lbs... it's a bit steep for me but accountability and support should get a good bit of weight off of me
Count me in! I was so off track in July. I have a 10 k I'm walking in October and would like to be down about 15-20 pounds. I don't know that I'll make 10 pounds in a month, but I'm going to do my best.
Count me in. I am not too sure where to start my weight at?? If I use August
1st weight of 245 then I have already passed a goal to lose 10 pounds by September 1st as I lost 15 pounds over night!
I am going to take a chance that the water weight will leave me so I will start
at my previous 220 pounds before that 4 day 25 pound gain.
August 1 - 220 start
September 1st goal weight is 210
Looking forward to seeing more great losses from the group this month!!

6lbs would be a good month for me at this weight. If I can make it to 10lbs, that would be great but I don't want to be too aggressive and then get disappointed.
