I've been struggling with my weight forever until last year when I had enough and decided to change my life for the better. It's been 13 months now and I've lost a total of 80lbs. My goal was to be 150lbs but I'm stuck at 155 and have been for a couple of months now. I know I've lost so much, but I can't feel satisfied with myself until I've reach my goal. I read forums on here about how to beat that plateau, but nothing is working. I've tried lowering my daily calories, then upping them. I've tried calorie "cycling", and even working out more. Currently I'm eating 1400 cals/day and exercising 45 mins/day, 6 days a week (a mix of jogging,walking,and weights throughout the week). What am I doing wrong? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
