On the 1st and 15th of each month I measure and record my measurements in the back of my food log. I measure places like my neck, thighs, calves, biceps etc. It's been a better way for me to keep track of my progress and maintain than to rely on the scale.
On May 1st I measured:
Bust: 37" (DD)
Waist: 29"
Hips: 39"
Those measurements may sound huge, but I'm tall, fit and strong! I got smaller at one point and I looked sickly.
I wear mainly a size 10 but can get into 8's as well. I love my curves!
