I am on my weight loss program since 1.5 months now.
everything was okay in first 2-3 weeks but now I am facing a problem.
now i do not feel hungry anymore.. i can go whole day without eating.
My problem is whenever I eat now (no matter how less or more) my heart rate increases as I have been running. I literally pants sometimes..
this driving me crazy..
I am scared why is this happening to me? any body who has gone on low calorie diet faced same issue or is it just me??
please advice.
