I have heard that you lose quickly at first...but what happens when it's time to maintain? Someone I know lost 60 lbs, then quickly put 15 back on when he stopped.
Logically, it doesn't sound like a plan that can be very good for your heart or your kidneys, long term...(too much saturated fat.too much protein)
As in everything else in life, moderation is the key.
