I don't know if anyone has heard of a book called "Why Weight?, A Guide to Ending Compulsive Eating" by Geneen Roth. It was published in 1989, and I worked on it, put it down, and then picked it back up. Since I have COE and emotional issues it is really helpful to go through the components of what is behind the weight, what we think our goal weight will bring us, etc. Roth has written a lot of good books on eating and I think this is one of her best. This is a workbook.
