Well I've made it almost a week since I re-started and while I haven't done fantastic, I haven't fallen off the wagon either. I really feel like it is going to stick this time, so I made a mini goal.
I start classes for my Master's program on August 29, 2011. That is seven weeks after my start date (07/11/11), so technically I could possibly lose up to 14lbs by then, but to make a more attainable goal, I am going to shoot for losing 10lbs/weighing in at 265lb on 08/29/11. Wish me luck!
Start Date: 07/11/11, 275lbs
Mini Goal #1: 265 (-10) by 08/29/11 (first day of Master's Program)
Mini Goal #2: 255 (-20) by 10/01/11 (my best male friend's wedding)
Mini Goal #3: 240 (-35) by 11/24/11 (Thanksgiving)
