Hi,
I loved to be friends. I sent you a friend request. If you accept it would be my first. I haven't been brave enough to share my calorie counter with others.

I've used My Fitness Pal for several years off and on, and I highly recommend it as a weight-loss tool. I'm JoThrive at My Fitness Pal.

Is this any different from fitday? Fitday logs activities as well as calories and even measurements. If it wasn't for FITDAY I wouldn't even know how many calories I needed, what nutrients I was and wasn't getting, and wouldn't have even realized that working out isn't the only way to burn calories (or at least a decent amount of them).
I love technology...

I used Fitday for several years, then I switched to My Fitness Pal. Actually I like MFP a lot better than Fitday, it just works better for me.
There are several other places out there that are helps in tracking food and exercise. I suggest that anyone interested try several sites and decide which one is best suited for their particular needs

Thanks Jo Jo
I think... if I get off track, lose interest, or feel down, I'll check it out. I'm weird in the way that I need to change things and get involved in new things to keep at it. I have always lost interest in the past, so when it happens again, I'll join more sites. ><
