264.2 I'm only down .6, but I gained 4.2 lbs of water weight this week and then lost it all plus some. Not too shabby.
Current mini-goal: Get back to where I was in February (205)
Positive things I need to remember:
·I'm at a better starting point since I didn't gain it all back yet.
·I quit smoking cold turkey in Nov 2011.
·I'm still trying so I can't say I've failed.
I weighed in today and I lost another 15 lbs in 10 days! That is a total of 36 lbs in 40 days. I am so proud of myself. I just know I would have lost more if I had not cheated and if I actually got up an exercised. Well - I am able to try the eliptical now though. And since that is in the living room, it is easier done than anything else.
