I lost 25lbs!!!
I joined this site and ya'll helped me lose 40lbs. But then I got into college and gained it all back. So I turned here for support again.
My goal is 50lbs by Christmas, and this week I hit the 25lb mark! I have a blog where I talk about things in my life. Today I decided to dedicate one day a week to my weight loss goals. I came up with the name Fitness Friday. I'd love it if ya'll could check out my blog on Fridays and see what I have been doing this week, comment what you have done, or give me advice based on what I write. I blog as well but i blog about the food i eat. i find that it helps me stay accountable and I LOVE looking at food even if i cant eat it all the time! hehee |
