Cool i am making a goal

i am going to try to lose 15 pounds by augest 22'nt thank i can do it?
i am doing 100 crunches and 30 sit ups everyday and i am doing 1 workout video every other day and i am having slimfast for lunch and keeping all the junk food off but i am still not sure if that will work what do u guys think?

That's going to depend a lot on what your starting weight is, what your goal weight is, and how many calories you're eating overall.

Remember you can gain weight eating healthy foods, too, so cutting out junk food is not always going to be the solution for everyone. It's about calories in vs. calories out.

Like Lovely said, it all depends on your starting weight. If you are over 200 pounds and stick to it like glue every single day, I'd say SURE, very possible. If you are only 130 trying for 115...(as an example) Probably not.
Highest weight - 333 pounds. Lost 193 pounds by calorie counting in 2008/09. Regained 73 pounds in the last 7 years and am working on getting back to a normal BMI.

I also drink Slim Fast Works for me because im not a breakfast food eater or lunch! Just keep at it, even if you don't want to, and get as close to your goal as you can =)
