i am going to try to lose 15 pounds by augest 22'nt thank i can do it?
i am doing 100 crunches and 30 sit ups everyday and i am doing 1 workout video every other day and i am having slimfast for lunch and keeping all the junk food off but i am still not sure if that will work what do u guys think?
Like Lovely said, it all depends on your starting weight. If you are over 200 pounds and stick to it like glue every single day, I'd say SURE, very possible. If you are only 130 trying for 115...(as an example) Probably not.
