Do you guys work out even when you are sick, especially if you aren't super sick? Been feeling run down lately and dealing with off and on headaches and stomach aches and with a few times of lightheaded/dizziness. Just imagine a flu bug, but scaled down. I'm feeling terrible about not working out for several days but just feel so "blah" I haven't been able to bring myself to do it. If you did take a few days-I'm going on 6 days
off because of sickness, how did it impact your weightloss (haven't weighed due to broken scale and not going to the gym so I haven't used their scale).
