So, I went off that two week crappy diet thing from **** with no transition plan last week. I'd come down to 209 lbs which was a weight loss of about 8 lbs. This week I haven't particularly been watching what I eat, but there isn't any junk at home for me to eat, so I generally eat good food. My sodium intake is very low and I try to drink AT LEAST 1-2L of water everyday. I missed two days at the gym, but one was when I had to go to another city to get my U.S. visa issued (standing in 125 degree weather, in the sun for hours
can completely zap you of energy and I'd only slept for an hour the night before because I had to wake up at an insane hour and I don't sleep well under such pressure) and the other was yesterday when I had a fever and slept for 6 hours of the day.
But I've put on 5lbs this week. FIVE POUNDS! (TOM ended last week too) And I know that it was bound to happen, but still, seeing it is really painful.
On the upside though- I'm still losing in inches. I've lost a total of 7.75 inches (aggregate of waist, hip, arm, thigh and calves) since I started on June 8th (1.75" this week), even though I've seen no weight-loss.
