Sick, but still lost! :)
This is a very mini victory, but I was so excited and had to share!
I've had strep and a sinus infection for the last week. Because I was feeling awful and then coughing, I went 6 days without exercise. (I usually workout for 60 minutes on the elliptical 6 days a week.) But I still stayed on my eating plan. I usually lose about 2-2.5 pounds a week on average.
Even with NO exercise this week, I still lost 1.4 pounds! YAY! What a happy surprise!
