I did the challenge last month and would love to do this one as well!
I need this in order to stay on track with all the temptations around...especially for this long 4th of July weekend!
Current weight 7/1: 162.3
I will be thrilled to get to 155 by August 1 so that's a bit less than 10 lbs., but if 10 happen to come off, I sure won't complain!
I'm bloated right now so I think that will be to my advantage!
7/10: 160.3 yay! it took me 9 days to drop 2 lbs. but I'm so happy I am almost in the 150's!!!
7/16: 158.6! I'm so thrilled and so close to my goal!!! Woohooo!!! 1.7 lbs. in 6 days ain't too shabby!
I hope to get to 155 by the end of this month. That means I have 15 days to lose 3.6 lbs.
7/26 I am 156.5 lbs. this morning.....I have 1.5 lbs. to reach my goal...it won't be a 10 lb. loss for the month, but I'll be thrilled with it nonetheless. I only have 5 days to do it. If I don't make it, I think I'll be ok even if I can just lose another .5 lb. this month. I'm working hard and doing my best.
7/29: 154.6!!!! Woohooo!!! Almost 8 lbs. so far this month!!!
7/30: 153.1!!! That means I've lost 9 lbs. this month! This has actually exceeded my expectations and I'm SO proud of myself! I even did all this while my son and I both got the chicken pox! WOW!!!
8/1: 152.5! I can't believe it! The weight seems to be melting off my body! I'm working out a lot and keeping very active, but this means that I've lost 10 lbs. this month! Wooohooooo!!!!
