I went for my walk this morning but once I got back it rained and rained all day. I suppose I needed a day to relax, having worked out hard for the past four days but I still feel bad for not doing much. I haven't ate a lot, which is good, but I can't say what I ate was the best for me. I'm sure I'm still under 1600 calories.
I just felt so lazy today. This is just what normally happens when I start getting lazy and keep telling myself, "I will work out tomorrow" and I don't. D: So I just need to keep myself motivated to begin a brand new day tomorrow.
