Work out 5 days in a row; Reward: Tank Top
Do 10 pushups; Reward: i-Touch armband
Run 1 mile non-stop; Reward: Nike + iPod Sport Kit
Work out 20+ days in a month; Reward: Leggings for running
Do 20 push-ups; Reward: Kettle ball or free weights
Lose 10 lbs; Reward: Pedicure
Lose 15 lbs; Reward: Manicure
Any ideas on what else I could use as a reward, or goals to set for myself regarding exercising?
