You may not be eating a well balanced diet which may cause low blood pressure which causes dizziness. You may be anemic or your sugar levels may be too low. And like April said above, you could be dehydraded.
But yes, I'd definitely consult a doctor if your dizziness is now worse.
If you drink a lot of caffinated drinks, I'd cut back on that too.
