Oy...mexican can be hard! The asado salad with chicken, no cheese, and the vineagrette dressing on the side.
They have low carb tortillas..so you could do the veggie fajitas (only eat one tortilla and eat the rest just plain, you could do that and just stay away from the sour cream/cheese/guac.
Ive noticed in most restaurants, even with basic things like grilled chicken and veggies, you have to assume it's more cals/fat than if you prepared it at home. Just plan your day to leave yourself as many calories as possible!
