Kudos thread
We all need a "woohoo!" every now & then. This thread is intended for those of us who are in need of some "yay" & "yeehaw" from others.
I went on vacation recently. Six days out of ordinary routine, little to no exercise (went swimming once & did some squats with just me & the space I was standing!) & couldn't eat many of my regular foods (I was staying with a friend, and trust me, I *COULD NOT* eat my regular foods) BUT! .... (here's the "woohoo" part!) I didn't gain any weight, AND I lost one pound since I returned home (which was late Tuesday night) :woohoo: What's your "claim to fame" Kudo for the day?? |
Way to go!
Despite my mini-binge last night, I weighed the same this morning. I was expecting at least an increase due to the sodium in packaged foods. I am happy and feel on track today! |

Mine is that I planned and stuck with my meals today. I have a larger than normal dinner planned so I really watched my intake for breakfast and lunch. I drank water the entire day too and I ignored my craving for M&M's this afternoon!! |
