I normally consume around 2100 calories to maintain my weight. I cut it to 1600 as soon as I began my weight loss plan a few days ago. Is that too much too soon? I'm going to be exercising nearly every day, too; my aim is to burn 250 to 300 calories each session. I don't want to shock my body too bad or anything. I don't feel starved because the volume of food I eat is roughly the same, it's just that the calories and fat were much higher before as I mainly ate fast food and freezer section food.
