Sure.. anybody who is seriously interested in losing pounds can be a friend..
You are doing great, keep going & dnt give up and you will see numbers on scale coming down in no time..
What i am doing is : I just eat plenty of fruits all day and do lunch that too just one serving no fried food, fast food.
have fresh juice in breakfast and just fruits or some time very light stuff in dinner like 1 boiled egg, handfull sprouted beans.
I treat myself now and then so that i dnt feel deprived and give up. (that's what I do all the time but not this time I wanna do that)
My entire day(9 to 5:30) goes in office on my desk.. so i don't really exercise besides my problem is when I exercise I become a bit too careless with my eating habits and end up gaining weight.
I Try to be active after I reach home by doing household works and offcourse I have a 1.5 years old toddler to take care of.
So far I am doing good I guess.. already lost almost 10 pounds so far in less than a month
any suggestions are welcome..
