today at work a lady i used to work very closely with was in the elevator with me (yes i know..should do the stairs), and said to me "amber you have lost a lot of weight!"...thats the first time someone has noticed

Good for you, can u see the weight loss on yourself, I can't although I've lost weight and people have told me.
