Awesome job picking back up- not an easy thing to do! I have a sugar issue too- I just love it. Oddly, cutting out a lot of sugar and
artificial sweetener really helped my taste buds recalibrate. Real food tastes so much sweeter when I'm not constantly flooding myself with overly sweet things. I've been able to add back in other natural sweeteners like agave nectar, stevia, honey occasionally and it works so much better for me. So I think my point is that there is hope
! You won't always be this way- if it matters enough to you, you'll do what it takes to make the change! It's not going to be easy, but it's going to be worth it. Here's to a great first day!
