For the past 4 days or so I've been lucky to eat 1400 calories (of my 1800 calories), but today I just want so much junk! I had to breakdown and have a bowl of cereal before dinner and had fried chicken wings (ugh!). I hate days like this.
Yeah, those days are the pits. They don't always happen for a reason either - sometimes on hungry days if I power through and behave I'll see a whoosh on the scale the next day, and on others I white-knuckle it going to bed at 7 pm and am rewarded with a gain.
