Ok, I'm back from the carb fest that was my birthday weekend
I ate well last week while at my son's camp because it too dang hot to do anything else, but once Friday rolled around - I pigged on doritos and cereal. Saturday brought McD bacon,egg cheese bisquit, cupcakes for lunch and BBQ ribs for dinner. Sunday was donuts after church, more cupcakes for lunch and pizza for dinner. I am DONE!! I recon that while the scale is up 5 pounds
only 1 or 2 of those is actually a gain. So, I am brushing myself off and getting back to work. I'm typing this in my workout clothes after I ate my oatmeal and before I go for my 2 mile run followed by something else.
