Decided to use this double-post to post my Tuesday am results. After eating decently on Monday (wouldn't call cheese-itz, clean, lol), I managed to lose 4 pounds in water for a weight of 179. So you ladies who worry about gaining "x" pounds over a "bad" weekend, don't because it is water weight, mostly, and it WILL go away!

176 - Completed C25K program - run 3.12 miles (July 19, 2011)
199 - Reality Check - Take 2- May 1, 2012
186 - May 27, 2012 (up to 2 mile run)
