...this time I'm actually doing it properly and losing weight!!!
I've been lingering on these forums for ages and have generally posted in the past about how rubbish I've been etc and that I can't do it, but I've been trying reasonably hard since 21st April and have lost 13lbs!!
I can't believe that I have 1lb to lose and I'll have lost a stone!
I've changed my eating habits, have reduced my portion sizes, am eating far healthier things and just being so much more aware of what I'm putting in my body!
I've been breaking down my goals, we go on holiday in a month and I'd said I'd like to lose 20lbs, well that's 13lbs down so hopefully I'll manage to lose the other 7lbs before we go.
Not sure what my next goal will be but I'll cross that bridge when I come to it!!
Anyway, thought I'd share as I'd like to join in on here now that I'm *actually* managing to lose weight!!
