Smile Starting again

So I am starting over on this journey, been messing around for too long and I need to get motivated and get it done. I have to do this for my husband and kids and most of all myself. so starting tommorrow I will be accountable for what I shove in my mouth and moving my butt! I will do it this time!

Good luck!!!!! One thought, losing some then stopping for a period is thought to be preferable by some experts to a long stretch of losing. They think it creates new setpoints, and just think, you know how quickly it can come off when you start, then the weight loss slows down? Well losing chunks of the total, then stopping actually gives you that many more "starts". (things I tell myself)
