Up one pound to 179. I know it is simply water retention (but that doesn't make me any less disappointed) because I have been working outside in 100 degree heat all week at my sons' cub scout day camp and my body holding on to every drop of water it can! My calories are still at a deficit because I don't want to eat alot when it is so hot so I know the scale should move shortly
