Once you can post a weight loss ticker, I suggest going to Lilyslim. It has loads of tickers on there.

Welcome. You will find lots of support here. I love reading the goals and mini goals. It definitely keeps me motivated to know that there are people out there that struggle just like I do and still manage to get control of things to stay on track. I know you will find the support you need here!! BTW I think you have to have like 20 posts in order to get a ticker
