Diana(LA) Good to see you! LOVE the new avatar! You look great!

Larry Congrats on the 2 pounds!

Berry Thank you. It doesn't really feel any different. Every day is a new challenge. I'm still doing all my same check-in's, etc. Someone asked me in one of my check-in's yesterday, if I was going to keep weighing every day and posting. I told her 'yes I am going to continue doing what I was doing all along. It worked then, so it should work now, during maintenance.' Got my fingers crossed on this one.

Juicy, what is with the people you know?! Seems like you're always getting comments, one way or the other.

I'm baaaaacccckkkkk......lol. Not sure how involved I'll be in discussions but I'm going to try. I've missed everyone.

Breakfast:
Protein Shake with frozen berries

Snack:
Greek Yogurt with grapes

Lunch:
Turkey Swiss on Pumpernickel bread with bean sprouts and avocado slices
Cottage Cheese
Sliced Cucumber

Snack:
Grapefruit
Cheese stick

Dinner:
Zucchini Spaghetti
Blue Bunny SF Krunch Lite
Sf Chocolate pudding (chosen over a piece of 500 calorie chocolate cream pie)

Snack:
Fruit Snacks

Struggling to stay out of the kitchen tonight and I'm hungry. There's not much healthy (and easy to choose from right now) and I really wanted a piece of that chocolate pie but looked at the calories and decided on the sugar free pudding.

Total calories approximately 1500. Lots of water.

MzJuicy: I love you 90 day challenge ticker! YOU CAN DO IT! That lady making the comments is jealous! Some people just can’t be happy for others.

Buglee: Welcome!

Larry: NEW LOW! AWESOME! That’s for all your hard work waiting it out! Nice job!

I started my job today. It was good! I have my own cubicle with my very own name plate. Whoop Whoop! I am turning into quite the old woman. Notice the signature below! I must have been here my 20 days. Also I am 8 pounds down! I got my new scale and it was pretty much the same as my old one, just came up with the same number every time. Have a good night everyone!

Hey everyone. Thought I'd post for the day. I think I did pretty well today. I stayed as focused as I could, even though I did not do any form of exercise aside from running back and forth from my register for 5 hours.

Breakfast:
BTA (Bacon, Tomato, Avocado) Egg mug
175 Calories, 7.25g fat, 813mg sodium, 8.5g carbs, 3g fiber, 3.5g sugar, 19.5g protein.

Lunch:
Balsamic BBQ Chick Skillet
218 Calories, 2g fat, 422mg sodium, 2.5g carbs, 0g fiber, 5.5g sugar, 39g protein
1 large banana
135 Calories, 0.5g fat, 1.5mg sodium, 4g Fiber, 18.6g sugar,1.7g protein

Snack:
Roasted red pepper Hummus on 2 organic sesame seed crackers. The crackers had 80 calories, and the hummus had 70 calories. So total 150 calories

Dinner:
1 Piece of Oatmeal Bread, 90 calories
a serving of pulled BBQ pork (unknown calories, box got thrown out before I made it home)
1/2 ounce of cheese

Not sure what my total calorie wise on the dinner was, but....It had to be up there. Pulled BBQ Pork...and cheese...

Good evening All,
I have to laugh at myself at getting stuck less than a mile away from my home, but I have to pat myself on the back because I continued on. Yay me It got hot here and I mean hot for Connecticut so I was getting worried. Berry I have worn those shape up type shoes for a year now and I've got to tell you with my bad foot these shoes are the most comfortable shoes ever(for my foot). My calves haven't hurt since Sunday and the trail so I was a little shocked at getting stuck. I stretched out (against doctors directions) and continued on to a longer and harder path. Its going to be super hot the next two days that even schools are being cut short because they don't have a/c s. So I'm not chancing walking the next two days. I did however, look up some exercises that I might be able to do in my small bed room.
DianaLa glad you are back and that you stayed on plan. Your new avatar is beautiful.
Larry and Berry and everyone I can't remember right off congrats on your losses.
Mzjuicy I was thinking maybe the neighbor noticed the loss but in her head just figured it was a "change" and with a pessimistic attitude she assumed the change was for the worst. I don't know but turn those lemons into lemonade. You're doing this for you not them. When I was 19 I dropped so much weight and got so much attention from everyone that I started actually resenting it. People treat you different and its wrong. We need to be treated for who we are not what we are. And right now who you are is a beautiful woman looking to make yourself healthier. Bad 'tudes are no healthy.
Sorry for ranting, I hate hearing about people being treated badly over things that others neither understand or care about. Ignorance hate it.
Well I'm getting off this hot lap top now. I hope you all have a wonderful day tomorrow
