Well Twilight, I see we are at similar weights and i also have a serious food addiction. I am starting a 90 day challenge tomorrow and my goal is 30 pounds. If you like, we can be weight loss partners and report to each other everyday. I really need someone to do this with me, that way I will strive harder to not let my partner down. Just let me know if you are interested!

Hey MzJuicyD, yes girl, that sounds like a great way to stay accountable. I am very interested. 30lbs would be awesome, I would feel so much better about myself.. What diet and exercise plan are you gonna be using. I am still searching for that right way for me. I am definetly interested, how do you want to keep in touch. Just let me know the details.

I was interested in what you said about hating cooking for your family and then eating something different. Have you ever considered just cooking the same for all of you, and your family can just eat more of the healthy food on offer? I do this and my boyfriend just eats more of the carbs on offer and generally a bigger portion. I tend to cook four portions of everything, I will have one and he'll eat the rest (he's tall and is a hardcore athlete). Works for us and we can all do with eating healthier in this day and age, regardless of whether we have a weight problem or not.

Hey Twilight! You can shoot me a message on here! I don't follow any particular diet plan other than counting calories. I shoot for 1500 on days I exercise less and 1700 on days I work out a lot! As far as exercise, I'm just trying to stay active. I go to the gym about 3-4 times a week and on days I don't go I try to walk in my neighborhood for 30 min. I also wear a pedometer and aim for 10000 steps a day! I'm really looking forward to our 90 day challenge starting tomorrow!

This is also very important for me on my journey!!!!!! Great post
