So I'm nowhere near my target BUT I had a pleasant surprise this morning of seeing a number BELOW 140 for the first time in a long time. I was also reminded that my scales show smaller increments that whole pounds below 140, so I ended this challenge at 139.2, which is good enough for me and a motivation to get back to the gym and resist the snacks!
