HI All,
Can I join this challenge? I love the idea of 98 days. My goal is to eat around 1500 calories per day. I already love to exercise so that is not a problem. My other goal is to make sure that the 1500 calories consist of filling nutritious foods.
I started on May 19th at an uncomfortable high (for me) of 143 lbs. I have been on the plan for about 2 weeks and today I weighed in at 140.4. A few days ago I had been down to 138.2, but today I started my period and I'm wondering if I am bloated.
My goal is to weigh about 130 by the end of the summer. Anywhere between 133 and 125 would be great. This may seem like it would be easy, but I find this 10 lbs to be harder than anything I've tried to loose before. I am super commited. I am going to do this.
If anyone needs a buddy, please let me know. If not, I'm going to post at (at minimum) weekly here on this board. My weigh ins will be either Wed or Thurs and I will report no later than each Friday.
