I have figured out the magic secret to success - stay outside! You can not eat when it's 97F in the shade! And you'll have no problem drinking allllll your water.

Is it sweltering where the rest of you guys life? Because it is here!!!

I think I'll join you. My goal is to lose at least 30 lbs. Hopefully more like 50.

I will be doing IF... with my eating window being between 3 and 8 PM. And doing some hardcore workouts daily... for at least 10 minutes.

I want to be able to look pretty good for the start of college.

I love this idea! I had a great deal of luck losing a bit of weight at the end of last summer - the last time I seriously tried - and I think a big part of it was the fresh delicious food from the farmer's market. Also, I'm just never as hungry in the summer - I think part of it is the heat. I'm hoping to lose as much as I can, and get really set in some good healthy habits, before the end of the summer. Good luck!

Oh my gosh, you guys, staying on any kind of plan is so hard when you never STAY HOME. I'm going to have to be the weirdo with the cooler. Yesterday was Memorial Day and then today I got together with a friend and her kids so we had lunch at her house. I'm trying to make the best choices based on what's available but I'm going to have to stay home some so I can have more control.

Just started a blog for me... hopefully I keep up with this one... (it's probably my fifth or sixth I've started... with all I've done two posts... and then caplut. Gone...) It's just the start... but yeah. 100 days of summer (starting day after memorial day...ending three days after labor day... or... two days after you guys finish... whatever... ).

How is everyone? I'm struggling. I have PMS which makes me soooooo tired, not to mention the pain. Yesterday, I sat down to watch a movie with my daughter and slept through the whole thing, then I went to sleep at 9, which is about three hours earlier than usual and I could still take a nap right now.

Also, it is so HOT! It was 103 when I went out to the Post Office yesterday and my brother tells me it was 109 when he was coming home from work. IT IS ONLY JUNE!

I will say this for the heat - it is impossible to over eat or eat heavy food when it's this dang hot.

How are you guys doing?

HI All,

Can I join this challenge? I love the idea of 98 days. My goal is to eat around 1500 calories per day. I already love to exercise so that is not a problem. My other goal is to make sure that the 1500 calories consist of filling nutritious foods.

I started on May 19th at an uncomfortable high (for me) of 143 lbs. I have been on the plan for about 2 weeks and today I weighed in at 140.4. A few days ago I had been down to 138.2, but today I started my period and I'm wondering if I am bloated.

My goal is to weigh about 130 by the end of the summer. Anywhere between 133 and 125 would be great. This may seem like it would be easy, but I find this 10 lbs to be harder than anything I've tried to loose before. I am super commited. I am going to do this.

If anyone needs a buddy, please let me know. If not, I'm going to post at (at minimum) weekly here on this board. My weigh ins will be either Wed or Thurs and I will report no later than each Friday.

Hi! This is a pretty "loose" challenge so whatever you're doing, you're welcome to join us!

I think it's harder to lose weight when you're closer to your ideal weight. I can (vaguely...) remember being in the 150s and trying to make that last dip from 150 to 145 was a full time job!
