NSV: measurements!

I decided to measure my waist and hips, which I do from time to time, and was quite content with the numbers. That inspired me to go back and take ALL my measurements again (last time they were done was in January).

In total I have lost 23.5 inches, and almost 35lbs! WOOHOO!!!

I only see the difference in my mid-section, but that's ok, I have proof that there are changes in my arms and legs too!!!
